Important Notes
1. Fill hydraulic oil before machine working then start machine to debugging pressure. (Pressure debugging video pls contact with seller ) If no pressure indicate in pressure meter then need change three phase to single phase then start again.
2. When put stator in fixture need confirm if stator are putting in the middle of clamp as bleow picture.
3. After cutting the stator and placing it on the left side for copper wire extraction, ensure the claw plates are positioned below the silicon steel sheet (stator) (refer to the diagram below for the correct placement). Do not align the claw plates with the silicon steel sheet, as this will cause the claw plates to fracture.
4.Notice machine only could process motor out-shell material with cast iron, other materials can't be work. Then please adjust the motor putting position and blades.
Machine Operating Sequence
1. First, using flat blade to waste motors;
2. Second, using sharp blade to cut used motor stator in half;
3. Third, put half of the motor stator into the fixture, fix it on the panel, and then use hydraulic system of motor wrecker to pull scrap copper out;
4. Finally, take the same process steps for the other half and you will get pure copper in the end.
