Work Sequence
1. Preparation
Inspect equipment, connect power supply, add hydraulic oil

2. Core Operations
1.) Cutting: Secure the stator and use a hydraulic cutter to sever one end of the copper coil
2.) Copper Extraction: Transfer the stator to the copper extraction machine and pull out the copper wire using hydraulic pliers.
Crushing and Sorting: After crushing, the material undergoes magnetic separation and air classification to automatically separate iron, copper, and non-metallic components.
3. Separation Completion
Directly obtain copper wire, silicon steel sheets, and cast iron bases.

Buttons and Operations
1. Switches:
Main Switch: The green button is for start, and the red button is for stop/emergency stop. When restarting the equipment after it has stopped, you must rotate the red button clockwise 90 degrees. Wait for the button reset spring to return before pressing the green button to start. Otherwise, the green button will be disabled.
2. Foot Pedal: The foot pedal features two switches. One controls the vertical movement of the cutter, while the other operates the clamping jaws. Pressing the pedal activates the corresponding mechanism; releasing it automatically returns the mechanism to its original position.

The machine equipped with 4 difference size shaft sleeves (extra 3 pieces and 1 piece install on the machine), need choose according to the inner diameter of the stators. It will make the blades break if choose the wrong sleeve, or happened the copper can't be cut well, or damage the copper coils easier.
2. Sleeve Installation and Replacement Method:
1.) To install the sleeve, tighten the screws and bolts, then lock the screws.
2.) To replace the sleeve, first loosen the locking screw on the bolt, remove the bolt and the sleeve to be replaced.
3. Tool Limit Distance Adjustment
1.) Tool Operating Principle: The tool defaults to the raised position. A magic eye (Figure 1 below) is located on the left side of the blade to control its vertical travel distance. This allows adjustment to set the tool's maximum raised position. The optimal tool position should ensure smooth passage of the rotor copper coil (Figure 2 below).
Method for adjusting tool limit position: Loosen the locking screw halfway, move the magic eye to the desired position, then tighten the screw.
