The E-MR-XS main unit is equipped with four control panels (Figures 1/2/3/4) and operated via foot switches.
1.) The 8-jaw chuck shown in Figure 1 is used to extract copper coils from cut stators, with a maximum size of 130 mm.
2.) The 16-jaw chuck shown in Figure 2 is also used to grasp copper coils, with a maximum size of 190 mm.
3.) The cutter shown in Figure 3 is used to cut stators with a maximum size of 190 mm.
4.) The gripper shown in Figure 4 is used to remove copper coils from large stators up to 500 mm in size

Foreign objects (such as metal fragments or excessively hard materials) jam the tool shaft, resulting in excessive load. 2.Low Voltage: Insufficient starting torque. 3. Starter Malfunction: Poor contact in the contactor or failure of the star-delta starter.
Q: How to resolve significant current fluctuations or frequent tripping during operation
A: 1. Uneven feeding: Excessive material input at once, or significant variations in material properties (alternating between soft and hard). 2. Severe blade wear or damage: Dull blades require greater cutting force, leading to increased current draw. 3. V-belt tension too tight or too loose: Excessive tension increases load, while insufficient tension causes slippage and power transmission loss. 4. Protection device setpoint too low: Thermal relay current setting falls below actual operational requirements.
Q: How to Resolve Motor Reversal Issues
A: Simply swap any two power supply leads. However, note that for dual-shaft crushers, ensure both cutting shafts rotate inward toward each other. Otherwise, material will be pushed out instead of drawn in for crushing. After swapping leads, perform a test run to confirm correct rotation direction.
