Waste Motor Wreker Machine Process Step:
1. First, using flat blade to waste motors;
2. Second, using sharp blade to cut used motor stator in half;
3. Third, put half of the motor stator into the fixture, fix it on the panel, and then use hydraulic system of motor wrecker to pull scrap copper out;
4. Finally, take the same process steps for the other half and you will get pure copper in the end.
Operational Considerations
1. Before starting the machine, fill it with hydraulic oil, then start the machine to adjust the pressure. If the pressure gauge shows no pressure, switch the three-phase power supply to single-phase power and restart.
2. Control Panel Instructions:
Using and Maintain
1.Hydraulic oil is 4-48#, oil mass is 85L.
2.Every two weeks need check if claw screw are loose.
3.Every two weeks need check if oil cylinder screw are loose.
4.Every day need fill lubricating oil once in driving position of claw to reduce abrasion.
