Operational Details
1. Key Operating Points for Hydraulic Disassembly Machines: Adjust equipment settings according to motor model specifications. During operation, first position the motor stator using the copper-cutting positioning plate. Activate the foot switch to control the cutting blade and sever the copper windings. Subsequently, place the cut motor stator onto the lifting platform of the copper extraction machine. Use the manual switch to raise and position the stator, then activate the foot switch to control the extraction pliers and pull the copper windings out from within the stator.
2. Dry Crushing and Sorting Equipment Features: The entire process operates in a sealed negative-pressure environment equipped with a pulse dust collection system for effective dust control. Note: Hard components such as large shafts, bearings, and gears must never be mixed with the material to prevent damage to the crusher.
