Operational Procedure
Note: Before use, please check the accessories included with the machine: (Standard accessories: 2 blades). Specifications may vary slightly by model.
There are two wiring methods for three-phase electricity, depending on the wiring of individual sites
1, First, 380V, three-phase four-wire connection:
The 380V three-phase four-wire, three of the fire wire out of the fourth fire wire, and then with a zero wire were connected to the following terminals.
2, The second, 380V and 220V, three-phase, five-wire connection:
Connect the three 380V wires to the three left-hand terminals. Connect the 220V wires to the two right-hand terminals.
(Left side: three live wires, recommended to use 6mm² or larger copper wire; right side: one live wire and one neutral wire, recommended to use 2.5mm² or larger copper wire)
After wiring, observe the motor's rotation direction. Forward rotation indicates normal operation. For reverse rotation, simply swap the position of the terminal (i.e., the middle wire among the three live wires) with any side wire!
Machine Buttons and Operating Sequence
1,Pressing "Clamped" advances the clamping jaws and clamps the workpiece (compressor with housing);
2,Press "Cutter Tap" to bring the cutter closer to the workpiece without cutting into it;
3, Press "turntable upward (downward)" to control the workpiece upward and downward movement, so that the position of the cutter is appropriate;
4, Pressing "Cutter Advance" causes the cutter to adaptively cut into the workpiece (it only cuts into the workpiece, it does not run the cutting action);
5, Pressing the "turntable Start" button automatically cuts the workpiece (shell cutting starts and cutting takes place).
6, When cutting is finished, press "turntable stop", "cutter back", "loose" to restore the initial state, and you can proceed to the next workpiece.
7, The "Power Indicator" is lighted, that is, it is charged, need to pay attention to safety. Press "Emergency Stop" to stop the whole machine at any time.
Working Principle
After the workpiece is clamped by the jaws, it is rotated by four ring-shaped cutting tools to perform adaptive machining. To ensure both clamping effectiveness and adaptive cutting performance, both the clamping jaws and cutting tools are pneumatically driven (users must provide their own air compressor).
