Operational Procedure
The working process of the alligator shears can be summarized in three steps: "Clamping - Shearing - Resetting":
1. Clamping and Securing: The hydraulic power unit provides force, driving the clamping cylinder to push the ram and clamping blades downward, firmly securing the material to the lower blade holder.
2. Performing Shearing: Subsequently, the shearing cylinder drives the shearing blades downward to shear the clamped metal material.
3. Reset and Standby: After shearing completes, the shearing cylinder and clamping cylinder retract sequentially. The blades return to their initial position, preparing for the next shearing cycle.
