The E-AS630 heavy-duty scrap metal shear is powered by an electric motor or diesel engine driving a hydraulic pump. How to install
1. Equipment Installation
(1). The equipment operates without noticeable vibration, requiring no special foundation. A 180mm thick concrete floor is sufficient. It can be installed indoors or outdoors, but a canopy must be provided to ensure electrical system safety.
(2). Refer to the layout diagram: First position the main unit on the base and level it; then determine the mounting location for the cylinders on the base. Clean oil lines and fill fittings. Connect piping according to hydraulic principles, ensuring sealing rings are installed when connecting oil lines. (3). Connect circuits per electrical schematics, introducing power circuits based on site conditions.
(4). Do not loosen fastening mechanisms or hydraulic fittings. Ensure all electrical system connections are securely tightened.
