The E-MR-TS split-type motor recycling machine manufactured by RJ Equipment is primarily used for cutting the casings and stators of scrap motors. This hydraulically driven device consists of a motor, hydraulic cylinder, oil pump, cutting panel, junction box, and control lever. The cutter is equipped with two interchangeable blades: one sharp blade and one flat-edge blade.

1) Pre-processing: Automatically remove end covers and winding coils from both ends of the stator.
2) Core Cutting: Employ high-strength hydraulic cutting tools or laser cutting systems to precisely sever one or both sides of the annular core encasing the windings, preparing for subsequent wire extraction.
2. Copper-Iron Separation:
Completely strip intact winding coils from the slots of the cut iron core using hydraulic pulling or impact devices.

1.With adjustable clamping and positioning mechanism, it stably processes various stators with outer diameter 8–30cm without changing molds, compatible with household, commercial and industrial motors. Efficiently operates from washing machine, air conditioner, fan and other appliance motors to small industrial motors, greatly reducing changeover time and spare parts cost to meet mixed-line processing needs of various types.

2.Integrated cutting-pulling design completes cutting and wire pulling in a single station with uninterrupted process. Compared with manual dismantling, efficiency is improved by 8–12 times, throughput per unit time is significantly enhanced, effectively shortening turnover cycle and improving site efficiency, suitable for batch recycling and continuous production.

3.Precise cutting and strong pulling ensure high copper wire integrity and low damage rate. Copper and silicon steel sheets are separated cleanly, recycled material purity reaches 99%+, directly improving sales premium and resource utilization, creating higher recycling revenue for customers.

4.The used motor recycling machine features a fully enclosed safety design and is equipped with an emergency stop interlock, overload protection, and anti-pinch safety features, all of which comply with international safety standards. Regarding shipping methods, we offer two options. For large items, we recommend sea freight. Its advantage lies in lower shipping costs, though transit times are longer.
The second option is air freight. Its advantage is clear-speed, enabling us to deliver equipment promptly so you can begin production immediately. The disadvantage is higher shipping costs. However, if time is critical, we still recommend air freight.
