Working Principle

1. Feeding: Operators load loose materials (such as waste cardboard boxes, plastic bottles, textiles, etc.) into the baling chamber through the feed opening at the top of the machine.
2. Compression: Upon activation, the main compression ram (ram head) above the packing chamber is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to forcefully compress the material from top to bottom. Some models also feature side compression rams that apply pre-compression from the sides to enhance packing density and efficiency.
3. Strapping: Once materials reach the predetermined size and density, the system automatically or manually feeds and secures strapping (typically using PP or PET strapping bands).
4. Discharge: After strapping completes, the ram retracts and the chamber's side or bottom door opens. A tightly compressed rectangular bale is ejected, concluding one operational cycle.
