A wire stripping machine is a mechanical device used for cutting and stripping wires and cables. It utilizes a mechanical transmission system, cutting tools, and fixtures to quickly and efficiently strip the outer skin of wires and cables. The basic principle of a wire stripping machine is to fix wires and cables to the equipment through fixtures, and then use high-speed rotating cutting tools to remove the outer skin of the wires and cables.
The fixture of a wire stripping machine usually consists of two parts, a clamping part that fixes the wires and cables, and a clamping part that stabilizes the clamping part and the tool movement. When the wire and cable are clamped in the clamping part, the cutting tool begins to rotate, gradually cutting it off through friction with the outer skin.
At the other end of the fixture, the wire stripping machine is also equipped with an output mechanism for outputting the cut wires and cables for subsequent processing and handling. The output mechanism usually adopts the form of conveyor belts, conveyor lines, or gripping devices to ensure that the stripped wires and cables can be smoothly output to the designated position.
