1. Precautions
(1) The granulator should operate in a forward direction to avoid reverse rotation.
(2) The granulator is prohibited from running empty or without load. It must be operated with a hot machine for feeding materials to avoid the phenomenon of sticking to the shaft.
(3) It is strictly prohibited for iron or other debris to enter the feed inlet and vent hole of the granulator. To avoid unnecessary accidents that may affect safe and normal production.
2. Precautions during the operation of the granulator
(1) Always pay attention to changes in the body temperature, and when touching the strip with clean hands without touching them, immediately raise the temperature. Until the strip touches the hand, it is normal.
(2) When the bearing part of the reducer burns or is accompanied by noise, it should be stopped for timely maintenance and refilled with oil.
(3) When the bearing parts at both ends of the host bearing chamber become hot or make noise, the machine should be stopped for maintenance and butter should be added. During normal operation, grease should be added to the bearing chamber every 5-6 days.
(4) Pay attention to understanding the operating rules of the machine; For example, the temperature and speed of the machine can be dealt with in a timely manner according to the situation.
(5) When the operation of the aircraft is unstable, attention should be paid to checking whether the clearance between the couplings is too tight and adjusting it in a timely manner.
3. First boot operation method
(1) Before starting up, first raise the temperature for about forty to fifty minutes. Raise the temperature to the point where you can manually pull the triangular belt of the motor until it feels comfortable; Pull continuously in the normal working direction for eight to ten times. Then continue to heat up for about ten minutes, and then turn on the machine, but continue to heat up because normal production requires continuous replenishment of heat; Adjust the temperature according to the different properties of plastics.
(2) When the granulator is working normally, the machine temperature should be kept stable and not fluctuate rapidly. Near the vent hole, the temperature of the machine head should be maintained at around 200 ℃ (referring to material C and material B).
(3) The feeding should be uniform and there should be no shortage of materials. The feeding speed and feeding speed of the machine should be coordinated appropriately. Otherwise, it will affect the quality and yield of the particles.
(4) When shutting down, the host should completely cut off the power supply. The head plug (with wrench) must be removed. Preheat separately before the next use.
