(1) First, it is necessary to carry out trial stripping to determine the best knife value, that is, first set a smaller knife value, clip the wire in, and then adjust the knife value until the stripping length is equal to the required stripping length.
(2) Insert one end of the wire into the clamp of the wire stripper, and adjust the knife value and pressing force of the wire stripper.
(3) Press the 'wire stripping' button, and the wire stripping machine will start working. When the wire is stripped, the stripping machine will automatically stop.
(4) Check if the peeled skin is long enough, if not, adjust the blade value again.
2. Wire stripping machine knife return setting
(1) Adjust the retraction distance. Generally speaking, the retraction distance should be slightly shorter than the depth of the blade.
(2) Adjust the retraction speed. If the retraction speed is too fast, it will cause emergency stop and impact, while if it is too slow, it will waste time.
(3) Check the blade. If the blade is worn or damaged, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner.
Generally speaking, the blade value and retraction setting of the wire stripping machine need to be coordinated. When the blade value is large, the retraction parameter should be appropriately increased to avoid cutting the wire by the blade head; When the cutting value is small, the retraction parameter should be appropriately reduced to ensure the peeling effect.
