How to Maintain
1. Daily Maintenance:
1.) Check hydraulic oil level before startup.
2.) Inspect all fasteners for looseness.
3.) Clean residual material from machine surface and compression chamber.
4.) After operation, lower ram to lowest position and disconnect power.
2. Weekly/Monthly Maintenance:
1.) Inspect all hydraulic hose connections for leaks.
2.) Lubricate moving parts such as guide rails and bearings with grease.
3. Clean dust from the electrical cabinet.
3. Semi-annual/Annual Maintenance:
1.) Completely replace hydraulic oil and all filter elements. This is the most critical maintenance task.
2.) Clean the oil tank.
3.) Inspect the performance of major hydraulic components (e.g., pumps, valves, cylinders).
4.) Have a qualified electrician inspect the electrical system and grounding reliability.
Important Notes
1. The pressure of this product has been adjusted before leaving the factory. The booster screw of the reversing valve and the relief valve has been lead-sealed. Adjustment to prevent damage to parts caused by excessive voltage regulation, affecting normal use.
2. The gear pump is not allowed to rotate in reverse, otherwise it will be easily damaged.
3. It is strictly forbidden to pressurize after the door of the size of the box is not closed firmly or after the door is opened (before the thread is fastened), otherwise the piston rod will be bent.
4. When the piston rod is going down (when the pressure and discharge are down), it is strictly forbidden to extend the head and hand to the feeding port or feed the material into the box.
5. The body must be well grounded to prevent accidents caused by leakage.
6. In the field with flying lint, the distribution box or the knife switch should be kept away from the body to prevent the arc from causing fire.
7. The packaging materials are flammable, and fire prevention measures should be strengthened to avoid fire. The manufacturer is not responsible for personal equipment accidents caused by violation of the above warning instructions.
