Products Description
1.The radiator recycling machine is a specialized piece of equipment designed to strip single-layer and double-layer radiators and efficiently separate copper tubes from aluminum foil. Its primary application is the recycling and processing of scrap radiators. The machine can flexibly process copper tube radiators with three common tube spacings (19 mm, 21 mm, and 25 mm) and adapts to different material specifications without the need for complex adjustments. The equipment utilizes a patented separation structure equipped with two sets of blades that cut simultaneously from above and below, enabling the stripping of two rows of copper tubes in a single pass and efficiently completing the copper-aluminum separation process.
2.Unlike the cumbersome processes of traditional separation equipment, this machine does not require large air conditioning heat exchangers to be pre-cut into small pieces. Whether the heat exchanger consists of four or six layers of copper tubes, the equipment can complete the separation in a single pass without damaging the copper tubes. The aluminum foil is separated into blocks, effectively preventing dust generation at the source.
