The material of the packing tape is generally polyethylene, polypropylene resin, cold-rolled steel strip, nylon, polyester, etc. Regardless of the material of the packing tape, it is important to avoid selecting one that contains too many impurities. Excessive impurities can make it difficult to bond, or the adhesive thickness can easily break.
3. Thickness requirement
If the packing belt is too thin, it will slip due to the large gap between the tightening wheel and the packing belt, resulting in the inability to feed the belt properly; If the packing belt is too thick, it will cause the gap between the tightening wheel and the packing belt, resulting in the packing belt getting stuck in the middle of the tightening wheel and unable to be fed properly.
