What Are The Parameters Of The Wire Stripping Machine

Wire stripping machine is a machine that strips the plastic sheath and metal core wrapped around wires and other materials. When using it, relevant parameters need to be set in advance. Generally, the main parameters are:
1. Peel length
The stripping length refers to the remaining length of the wire after being stripped, and is generally set to a specific value according to work needs. The stripping length should be set according to the steps in the operation manual. Be careful not to set it too long or too short to avoid affecting the quality of stripping.

 

2. Peel depth
Peel depth refers to the depth at which the outer layer of the wire is peeled off, also known as the cutting depth. The setting of stripping depth directly affects the quality and service life of the wire. Therefore, when setting the stripping depth, it must be adjusted according to the actual situation, and care should be taken not to be excessive or insufficient. Generally speaking, the stripping depth is set to 1/3 to 1/2 of the thickness of the wire sheath.

 

3. Peel speed
Stripping speed refers to the speed at which the wire is peeled off. The speed of the fully automatic computerized wire stripping machine can be adjusted, and the stripping speed can be adjusted appropriately according to the material and diameter of the wire to improve work efficiency and stripping quality. Generally speaking, the stripping speed of large-diameter wires can be appropriately increased, while the stripping speed of small-diameter wires should be appropriately reduced.

 

4. Blade angle and pressure
If the angle is too large, it will cause the wire to peel off uncleanly, and if the angle is too small, it will cause the wire to be cut off. Excessive blade pressure can lead to wire cutting, while insufficient pressure can result in incomplete wire stripping. Therefore, the angle and pressure of the blade must be adjusted correctly during use.
