1. Knife pressure adjustment

(1) Find the pressure adjustment screw below the blade of the wire stripping machine.
(2) Adjusting the screw with a screwdriver can increase or decrease the cutting force of the blade. When the cutting force is too high, it may cause the wire to break, while if it is too low, it may result in incomplete wire stripping.
(3) After adjustment, actual testing is needed to see if the wire stripping quality meets the expected requirements.
2. Knife edge adjustment
The cutting edge of the wire stripping machine is mainly used to cut the outer layer of the cable, so the adjustment of the cutting edge is also very important.
(1) Find the adjustment screw next to the blade of the wire stripping machine. Use a screwdriver to adjust it to the center position of the cutting edge.
(2) When adjusting the blade, it is necessary to turn on the wire stripping machine and conduct actual testing to observe whether the wire stripping quality meets the expected requirements.
3. Precautions for adjusting the wire stripping machine
(1) When adjusting the cutting edge of the wire stripping machine, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the cutting edge position is correct.
(2) During the process of adjusting the knife pressure, attention should be paid to safety to prevent fingers from being pinched.
(3) After the adjustment is completed, actual testing is required to check the quality of wire stripping.
