Important Notes
1. Before feeding copper wires and cables into the shredder, first sort out other materials (such as iron) to prevent damage to the shredder blades. When feeding cables into the machine, pay close attention to the shredding speed of the shredder.
2.During production, pay attention to whether the machine is producing abnormal noises. If unusual sounds are detected, immediately shut down the machine and open the shredder housing for inspection.
3.During production, if excessive plastic-coated copper particles or particles that are too small are detected, replace the screen mesh or adjust the gap between the fixed blade and the rotating blade.
4.If the machine tends to overheat, stop the machine and check whether there is friction in the transmission components.
Machine Assembly and Commissioning
Upon arrival of the equipment, please arrange it appropriately under the manufacturer's guidance, taking into account the product layout and actual site conditions, to ensure smooth production operations.
After completing the overall system layout, connect the power supply to the designated interface and initiate the test run. The operational steps are as follows:
1.Verify that the emergency stop function of the main power switch is operational. After the indicator light illuminates, test whether the emergency stop device and main power switch are functioning correctly.
2.Do not perform test runs on a single machine.
3.Manually start and stop each component in sequence. Verify that all components start and stop normally, check for abnormal noises during operation, and confirm the rotation direction is correct. If any issues are detected, promptly contact the manufacturer for resolution.
4.The entire machine operates through an interlocking mechanism.
5.After confirming that all components operate normally in manual mode, start the entire machine using the buttons on the control panel. Observe whether the machine starts up correctly, whether all components operate in coordination, if there are any abnormal noises during operation, and whether the running direction is correct.
