Workflow
Its functionality revolves around a core action-compression-and extends from this to form a complete processing
workflow:
1. High-Pressure Compaction:
1) The core of the equipment is a powerful hydraulic cylinder (main pressure typically ranging from tens to hundreds of tons), which applies immense pressure to loose materials within the hopper from top-down (vertical) or all sides (four-way compression) under the command of the electrical control system.
2) This process compresses materials like metal shavings, waste paper, and plastic bottles to 1/3 to 1/10 of their original volume-or even smaller-forming high-density bales.
2. Automatic Strapping and Bale Discharge:
1) Upon completion of compression, the equipment automatically secures the compacted block with steel strapping or plastic steel strapping to prevent disintegration during handling and stacking.
2) After strapping, the hopper door opens, and the compressed block (bale) is ejected or removed by auxiliary equipment, concluding one operational cycle.
